During a coaching session, we will work towards clearing blocks you may be experiencing around food, your body, and exercise, as well as anything else that may be keeping you back from living your happiest, healthiest, most vibrant life.
I don't tell you to "just love yourself as you are" and to prance around in your underwear and stare in the mirror and say you love every inch of yourself (insert eye roll). That's just not real or practical.
Instead, we work through the deep, inner work to help you transform your beliefs around your body, exercise, and your relationship with food, and everything I teach comes from my own healing journey around these things.
Areas of focus include:
• Shifting body image from a fear based, hateful space towards a more loving, body neutral approach
• Navigating binge/emotional/overeating
• Adopting a healthier lifestyle, which includes overcoming mental blocks and letting go of yo-yo dieting, so you can begin to develop a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and your body
• Weight/fat loss from love vs fear/diet mentality (conscious weight loss)
• Dealing with self-sabotaging behaviors that keep you stuck in body prison
• Navigating hateful thoughts and learning to undo them, so that your health and wellness journey shifts from fear and hate to love
• Finding the balanced middle ground between diet culture and body positivity
• Whatever else your heart desires/what comes up for you. These sessions are tailored to YOU and your needs! ♥️
